HR MANAGEMENT PRACTICES BASED ON THE USE OF DIGITAL SOLUTIONS
Abstract
Personnel management is one of the key competencies of any modern enterprise. Effective personnel management using digital solutions allows not only to increase the efficiency of company management, but also to make the activities of its employees more motivated and conscious. The article describes popular solutions for digital HR management (Human Resources, human resources or otherwise personnel/personnel) and their features, as well as the stages at which solutions of various "types" should be applied. The basic HR processes and their representation in the digital economy are considered.
